Privacy notice

This notice explains what Software Pipeline does with the information you give us through this website. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you choose to give them, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever you put in the message.

Why we collect it

We use it to answer your request. That means reading what you sent, preparing a buyer map if you asked for one, and replying. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not add you to any list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Software Pipeline who handle your request. We do not sell your information, rent it or share it with anyone for their own use.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical details any browser sends when it loads a file.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to emily.williams@softwarepipeline.co, or send the request through the contact form. If you reply stop to anything we send, we will not contact you again.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page.
